How to connect a Vrbo calendar with Airbnb and Booking.com
Vrbo works with calendar links (iCal) just like Airbnb and Booking.com. With three platforms, each one must read the other two: six links per listing.
Vrbo’s own link
- In Vrbo: Calendar › Import/Export › Export. Copy the link.
- Paste it into Airbnb (Calendar › Availability › Connect calendars › Import calendar) and into Booking.com (Rates & Availability › Sync calendars › Import calendar).
The other platforms’ links into Vrbo
- Copy Airbnb’s export link and Booking.com’s export link (see the sync guide).
- In Vrbo: Calendar › Import/Export › Import calendar. Add each one with a clear name.
Check it
Close a test date on one platform and look for it on the other two after a few hours. Then open it again. Do this once per listing; it catches the links pasted into the wrong listing.
With HostEcosystem
Instead of six links per listing, each platform reads one HostEcosystem link, and HostEcosystem reads each platform once. Adding a fourth calendar later (Google Calendar, your own website) is one more link, not three.
