HostEcosystem updates instantly. Airbnb and Booking.com then read the calendar link on their own schedule, usually every 30 minutes to 3 hours. In the busiest weeks you can lower the risk with a one-day advance-notice rule or by turning off Instant Book on the whole-property listing. We show you how during setup.

No. HostEcosystem only needs the calendar links your listings already have. If you keep reservations in your own tool or a spreadsheet, it can be connected as a plugin, so the data stays where you keep it.
Only “Not available” date ranges. Guest names, notes and prices never leave HostEcosystem. Each calendar link contains a long secret code, and you can replace the links at any time.
Every plan starts with 14 days free. You add your card on Revolut’s secure page (we never see it) and nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel in Settings before then and you pay nothing. After that it is monthly, and you can cancel any time: everything keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
